  • Work closely with internal teams including Creative, Talent, and Social to ensure events integrate seamlessly across channels
  • Act as the on‐site lead during live events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences
  • Track and analyse event performance and reporting, delivering key insights and learnings back to the business

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years' experience in event management, ideally at an agency with exposure to influencer or brand‐led activations
  • Strong track record delivering high‐quality, multi‐faced events
  • Manage detailed event budgets from planning through reconciliation, ensuring all elements are delivered within scope and financial targets
  • Creative thinker who understands the power of storytelling through experiences
  • Exceptional project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Confident communicator and leader with excellent interpersonal skills
