We’re not just building properties; we’re building a legacy.
Kokoda is growing and we’re entering an exciting new era, expanding across luxury residential, hospitality, commercial and lifestyle destinations that redefine how people live, work and connect.
From landmark apartment developments and mixed-use precincts to design-led hospitality venues and future-focused communities, we’re shaping places with ambition, creativity and long-term vision.
We don’t do the “norm.” Kokoda was built on backing ourselves, moving boldly and challenging expectations.
With more than $3.5 billion in projects currently under management across Victoria and Queensland, we continue to push boundaries across design, customer experience and project delivery.
At Kokoda, it’s not only about what you bring, it’s about who you are.
We look for people who are driven, collaborative and passionate about doing things differently. People who want to contribute ideas, challenge thinking and help create projects that genuinely leave a mark.
If you’re ready to be part of something bigger than just another role, this is your moment.
About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a creative and proactive Content & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Cremorne.
Working across Kokoda’s corporate brand and portfolio of premium residential developments, you’ll help bring our projects, people and places to life through compelling content and effective digital communications.
From capturing project stories and creating social content to supporting paid campaigns and buyer nurture journeys, this hands‑on role combines creative delivery with a focus on performance. You’ll help us understand how audiences engage with our brands and use those insights to improve our communications, generate enquiries and support sales activity.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with our project teams and agency partners, you’ll contribute to the delivery, reporting and ongoing optimisation of our digital marketing, while supporting the broader marketing activity behind our projects.
If you have an eye for content, an interest in what drives results and a genuine enthusiasm for property, architecture and design, this is an opportunity to grow your experience and make a visible contribution to the Kokoda brand.

- Maintain website and landing page content, brief external developers on updates and check completed changes for accuracy, functionality and consistency with campaign objectives
- Prepare regular performance reports across paid media, social, email and websites, consolidating data and highlighting trends, findings and practical recommendations
- Support ongoing optimisation of digital communications through testing and refinement of creative, messaging, subject lines, calls to action, landing pages and publishing schedules
- Assist with campaign tracking, enquiry form checks and CRM data quality to support accurate reporting
- Support corporate and project PR activity as required, coordinating content, imagery, feedback and approvals with the appointed PR agency and relevant stakeholders
- Maintain brand consistency across communications, keeping guidelines, logos and approved marketing assets organised and accessible
- Maintain marketing schedules, campaign checklists and approval workflows, keeping teams and agency partners aligned on priorities and deadlines
- Assist with tracking project marketing expenditure, processing and reconciling invoices, and maintaining budget records and expenditure reports
- Assist with preparing agendas, reports and minutes for marketing, sales and project meetings, recording actions and following up as required
