  • Core analytical and fund background: proven fund analysis experience with strong quantitative research capabilities and high attention to detail.
  • Values and RI passion: a genuine passion for connecting investing with values and a desire to build deep expertise in responsible and impact investing (prior RI experience is a plus, but passion and eagerness to learn are what matter most).
  • Keen learner and responsive team player: highly responsive, proactive, and eager to pick up new frameworks, asset classes, and analytical tools quickly.
  • Problem-solving mindset: the ability to unpack and clearly articulate complex investment ideas and concepts.
  • Professional rigour: high level of accountability, strong work ethic, and utmost respect for confidentiality.
  • Experience and education: 3+ years of transferable experience in fund research, investment analysis, or a related role, supported by a relevant degree.

Koda is a place for people who want to make a meaningful impact on clients, on each other and on the community. We bring together ambitious self-starters who thrive with autonomy, work collaboratively and take pride in shared ownership. At Koda, you are trusted, supported and empowered to shape your career in a firm that embraces its culture, independence, purpose and the outcomes we deliver for clients.

Our collegiate workplace culture is founded on three simple but non-negotiable values: quality, courage and integrity. They guide our behaviours as individuals, teams and as a partnership, and they inform the way we select our people. At Koda, we believe investors deserve genuinely independent advice and the better outcomes that come with it. That's why we have pioneered a distinctively different approach to wealth management. We have led the profession by putting client interests first. Because we have no product alignment, we can source the right solution for our clients' goals and access every potential opportunity for better outcomes.

And there's more:

  • Sydney CBD location.
  • A learning and development plan tailored for your career ambitions and pathway.
  • Generous leave provisions.
  • Annual Koda day.
  • An opportunity to earn into equity and participate in the future success of the firm as a business owner.
  • Monthly mobile phone and wi-fi allowance.
  • Two paid volunteer days to give back to your community.

And lots of elephants we can explain at your interview.
