Who we’re looking for?
- Experience in a similar commercialand/or retail property management role.
- Relevant degree preferable, i.e.Bachelor of Business (Property) (desirable not essential).
- Hold a valid and current AgentsRepresentative license/Certificate of Registration.
- Strong financial and propertymanagement acumen.
- Ability to build and maintainstrong working relationships.
- Possess strong organisation skillswith the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written skills and a greatcommunicator.
The role
Reporting to the Senior Property Manager and working within our high-performingAMS team, you will support the day-to-day management of key commercial andretail assets, ensuring all client obligations are met and exceeded. Our AMS team is recognised as a market leader, delivering best-in-classproperty management services to some of Australia’s most respectedinstitutional and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional propertymanagement services across a commercial/retail portfolio.
- Build and maintain strongrelationships with tenants, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage asset financialperformance, including budgeting, forecasting, and recommendations.
- Prepare monthly and quarterlyreports (financials, arrears, maintenance, tenant updates).
- Oversee rent collection andarrears management.
- Proactively manage risk and ensurecompliance across all assets.
- Collaborate with FacilitiesManagers on maintenance, compliance, and WHS initiatives.
