About The Role
You’ll join a high-performing, collaborative, and social team that is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes while continuing to grow and develop within Perth’s dynamic residential property market. As an experienced Valuer, you will undertake a diverse range of residential valuations while building strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Complete residential property valuations
- Conduct on-site property inspections
- Prepare accurate valuation reports
- Liaise with agents, clients, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Assistant Valuers and support teams
- Analyse market trends and property data
- Manage your own portfolio and workload
- Contribute to a high-performing team culture
- Build a non-mortgage client base
