We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead environmental projects and manage key client relationships. You will be responsible for project delivery, client management, and technical oversight across a diverse portfolio of projects in the energy, transport, and resources sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage environmental projects from conception to completion
- Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for business development
- Provide technical oversight and quality assurance for project deliverables
- Mentor and develop junior and intermediate team members
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and external consultants
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
Requirements & Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in environmental consulting or project management
- Proven track record in managing complex environmental projects
- Strong client management and business development skills
- Experience with Queensland and Commonwealth environmental legislation
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Professional certification (e.g., CEnvP, RPEQ) advantageous
