About You
- Located in or near South Geelong
- Prior experience within the Distribution & logistics Industry is highly desirable
- Ability to work from the South Geelong site full time (Mon-Fri - 6am-3pm)

About The Role
As a Customer Service Operator – Forklift Driver you will report to the Trade Store Manager, where you will be responsible for distribution activities through the daily operations of the South Geelong trade store.
- Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include
- Hand unloading plasterboard
- Dealing with Customers face-to-face & over the phone
- Picking & Packing orders on a daily basis
- Regularly check & make up orders
- Receipt goods & checking off paperwork while maintaining due diligence
- Loading/unloading customer vehicles
- Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management
- Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures
- Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
- General warehouse duties & housekeeping
