KMH Workforce is currently seeking an experienced Mobilisation Officer / HR Administrator for our client, based in Perth CBD.
This is a varied role that combines mobilisation coordination with HR administration, supporting the onboarding, compliance, and ongoing employee lifecycle of a growing workforce. Working in a fast‐paced environment, you will play a key role in ensuring personnel are site‐ready while also providing day‐to‐day HR support.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee mobilisation and onboarding activities
- Manage licences, tickets, medicals, and compliance documentation
- Book travel and accommodation arrangements
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Prepare employment documentation and onboarding paperwork
- Assist with recruitment administration and employee lifecycle processes
- Liaise with employees, clients, training providers, and internal stakeholders
About You
- Previous experience in mobilisation, HR administration, workforce coordination, or a similar role
- Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred
- Strong understanding of employee onboarding and compliance requirements
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
