We're looking for a Senior Engineer to join the team and play a key role in evolving our fulfilment platforms and integrations.

This role will suit someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working across multiple systems, and contributing to technology that supports real-world operational outcomes.

You'll work closely with engineers, business analysts, product teams, operations stakeholders, and vendors, helping shape solutions that are reliable, scalable, and built for growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their engineering capability within Supply Chain and Fulfilment.

While experience in this domain is highly regarded, we're equally interested in engineers who bring strong technical fundamentals, curiosity, and the ability to quickly understand complex business processes.

  • What you’ll be doing

  • Building and enhancing APIs, backend services, integrations, and operational platforms that support fulfilment and warehouse operations.
  • Translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
  • Working with databases, data models, and integrations to ensure reliable and accurate information flow between systems.
  • Troubleshooting application, integration, and production issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
  • Contributing to architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and solution planning activities.
  • Developing high-quality, well-tested code and promoting engineering best practices across the team.
  • Implementing and improving CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and deployment processes.
  • Partnering closely with business stakeholders, product teams, QA engineers, and fellow engineers to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Supporting the ongoing modernisation and continuous improvement of fulfilment technology platforms.

To be successful in this role you’ll have

  • Strong software engineering experience delivering production-grade applications and services.
  • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and working with integrated enterprise systems.
  • Solid programming fundamentals and experience with C#.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, software architecture, and engineering best practices.
  • Experience working with relational databases, data modelling, and SQL.
  • Exposure to AWS, cloud-native development, or modern hosting platforms.
  • Experience with CI/CD, source control, automated testing, and deployment practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to work across both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience within fulfilment, warehousing or an understanding of the logistics life cycle
