Kmart Group is seeking a National Safety Risk and Governance Manager to lead transformation of safety governance, assurance and risk management across Kmart and Target. This national role requires building scalable frameworks, driving data-enabled decision making, and embedding safety as a business enabler across Australia and New Zealand.
You will champion continuous improvement, lead audits and incident data analysis, and partner with cross-functional teams to embed safety requirements into the organisation.
