Kitten D’Amour is returning to Westfield Carindale SOON, and we are looking for a passionate, driven and customer-focused Full-Time Boutique Assistant Manager to complete the team. Trainee level considered if you have the passion, but maybe not the experience.
Salary: $60,000. Trainee salary on 6 month probation/training period: $55,000.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Kitten D’Amour at the beginning of a new chapter at Carindale, helping to establish the boutique and create the exceptional in-store experience our guests know and love. About the Role
As Boutique Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest while leading your team to achieve boutique goals and maintain Kitten D’Amour’s high standards. You will take pride in your boutique and play an important role in developing your team, driving sales, maintaining beautiful visual presentation and creating an environment where both our guests and team members feel valued.
About You
The successful applicant will have:
- A confident, vibrant personality and a strong sense of personal style
- A genuine love for fashion, styling and customer service
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Previous retail experience, with management or supervisory experience highly regarded
- The ability to inspire and support a team
- A strong focus on achieving sales and boutique goals
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining brand and visual merchandising standards
- Strong brand knowledge, or a genuine desire to learn
- A passion for creating memorable in-boutique experiences for every guest
- The ability to lead by example and create a positive, supportive team culture
