- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting routine inspections, entry and exit inspections
- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and rental arrears
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs
- Managing new tenancies, applications and leasing
- Overseeing trust accounting and property management compliance
- Resolving tenancy disputes professionally
- Identifying opportunities to grow the rent roll
- Helping implement efficient systems and processes
About you
- At least 3-5 years of residential property management experience, ideally in a senior role
- Holds the appropriate Queensland real estate registration or licence
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident managing a property portfolio independently
- Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
- Experienced with property management software and trust accounting
- Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused
- Genuine interest in helping grow a business
