Kirinari Community Services is seeking an experienced Community Nurse (RN) for permanent part-time work in Albury or Wagga Wagga. Start with 38 hours per fortnight, with potential to move to full-time, delivering care in disability, aged care and palliative settings.
You will conduct client assessments, health planning, and coordinate services across funded and non-funded programs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and families to support optimal outcomes.
