Kirinari Community Services is seeking an experienced Community Nurse (RN) in Albury/Wagga Wagga on a permanent part-time basis (38hrs/fortnight) with potential to move to full-time.
You will deliver community and in-home nursing across disability, aged care, and palliative care, coordinate client assessments, care plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve health outcomes. Travel may be required.
