You will be the heartbeat of the Bedazzle Bazaar studio floor in Belmont - guiding guests through their bedazzling creations, overseeing studio workflows, and making sure private hosted events run with flawless, professional choreography. This position begins as a casual engagement, with a direct pathway to regular part-time hours and a permanent studio management role for the right person as the studio grows.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily floor operations and anchor the guest experience
- Guide guests through immersive kids' craft classes, creative sessions, and private functions for the big kids too (adults)
- Oversee studio workflows
- Manage private hosted events and birthday parties with professional execution
- Represent BEDAZZLE BAZAAR and keep the guest experience at the heart of everything
About you
- Naturally outgoing, vibrant and radiantly confident
- Can speak well, capture attention, and deliver instructions comfortably in front of a busy class
- Valid, current working with children check (WWCC) - mandatory
- Childcare or kids' party hosting experience is highly regarded
- Background, passion or practical experience in visual arts, design or crafting is highly regarded
- Responsible service of alcohol (RSA) is highly regarded
- Current first aid certificate is highly regarded
- Availability required: weekends essential, Thursdays & Fridays too would be highly regarded
