Your Pathway to Success
Rehabilitation Counsellors are central to what we do. You will support injured workers through the psychosocial and vocational side of recovery, which is where return to work is either won or lost. With our guidance you will build skills to:
- Assess the psychosocial, vocational and environmental factors affecting an injured worker’s recovery.
- Provide counselling and goal setting support to address barriers to return to work.
- Facilitate communication between injured workers, employers, insurers and treating practitioners.
- Develop tailored return to work plans and case manage complex claims with comprehensive reporting.
- Conduct vocational and employability assessments, including labour market research and transferable skills analysis.
