Skilled Labourer |High End Residential | Long Term Opportunity
We're looking for a skilled labourer to join our site team on high end residential builds.
You'll work alongside our carpenters and trades, keeping our projects running safely and efficiently from demolition and set-out through to finishing and handover.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting with site tasks and general building works
- Using hand and power tools safely and competently
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials around site
- Driving our small tipper truck for material pick-ups, deliveries, and rubbish removal
- Keeping the site clean, safe, and organised at all times
- Following instructions from the site manager and working well as part of a team
About you
- Proven experience as a labourer in residential construction (high-end work is a plus)
- Competent with power tools and hand tools
- Current driver's licence and comfortable driving a small tipper truck
- White Card (General Construction Induction) is essential
- Reliable, punctual, and presentable, with a strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to lift and carry materials and work in a physically demanding environment
- Long-term, secure work with a well-established builder
- Above award pay, based on experience
