- 1. Relevant experience in property, facilities or maintenance coordination.
- 2. Strong organisational and communication skills.
- 3. Ability to work collaboratively and use maintenance systems.
- 4. Strong computer literacy.
- 5. Demonstrate initiative and possess the ability to be proactive when approaching tasks.
- 6. Able to maintain a positive work environment and poise under pressure during peak work periods.
