Sales Coordinator to join our Dalby team.

Working closely with customers, builders, and the wider sales team, you'll manage enquiries, prepare quotes, convert leads into sales, and provide expert advice on our industry-leading water storage solutions.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to phone, email and online customer enquiries
- Converting quotes and inbound leads into sales
- Processing orders and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Supporting the Sales Team with administration and customer follow-up
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Providing technical product advice and assisting with complex enquiries
- Monitoring web enquiries and online orders
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across service, quality and safety
