- To ensure all properties let within the business are maintained at an appropriate standard in all aspects from Housekeeping to Repairs and Maintenance. This is a key role within the business, as it dictates our client satisfaction levels. The essential components to this role are regular property inspections, eye for detail and strong communication and reporting skills in order for this role to be as effective as it can be.

- Attend to after hours calls. This will be on a rotating roster with other Property Inspectors
