My name is Sabri Suby and I am looking for a sharp and hungry Facebook marketer to join my team. You must be a Facebook ads powerhouse, someone who has personally managed at least $1k per day in ad spend and has experience with winning Facebook campaigns.
You must live and breathe everything Facebook ads, copywriting, and funnels. Responsibilities will include:
- Setup, manage and optimise campaigns within Facebook's ever-changing ads manager
- Scrutinise analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilise conversion rate optimisation tactics (i.e. A/B, split-testing etc) to maximise ROI
- Create ‘thumb-stopping' Facebook creative that cuts through the newsfeed
- Manage landing pages and websites to install conversion codes and tracking pixels
- Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for corrective modifications
- Manage and maintain ROAS/CPL targets
- Efficiently manage your time to scale campaigns
The ideal candidate will have an ‘I got this' attitude, be solution-focused with a proven track record of running and scaling winning campaigns. You will need to possess the ability to run through walls to get to a solution.
Requirements:
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
- Understanding of email marketing systems (MailChimp or similar)
