As the face and voice of our team, you will ensure our clients and their furry family members receive top-notch care from the moment they walk through the door.
Key responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome pet parents, answer inquiries, and keep reception running smoothly.
- Manage schedules across vets and nurses, maintain accurate patient records, and navigate multiple software systems.
- Handle financial transactions, till reconciliations, and process pet insurance claims with precision.
- Identify urgent medical needs to assist clinic workflow and help keep nervous pets calm.
- Unpack stock, assist with orders, and maintain a neat, tidy, and welcoming front-of-house space.
