My name is Sabri Suby and I am looking for a sharp and hungry Facebook marketer to join my team. You must be a Facebook ads powerhouse, someone who has personally managed at least $1k per day in ad spend and has created winning Facebook campaigns.
You must live and breathe everything Facebook ads, copywriting, and funnels. Responsibilities will include:
- Setup, manage and optimise campaigns within Facebook's ads manager.
- Scrutinise analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilise conversion rate optimisation tactics.
- Create ‘thumb-stopping’ Facebook creative that cuts through the newsfeed.
- Manage landing pages and websites to install conversion codes and tracking pixels.
- Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for ongoing optimisation.
- Manage and maintain ROAS/CPL targets.
- Efficiently manage your time to scale campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have an ‘I got this’ attitude, be solution-focused with a proven track record of running and scaling winning campaigns, and possess the ability to overcome challenges.
Requirements:
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager.
- Understanding of email marketing systems (MailChimp or similar).
- Passion for online marketing and digital strategies.
- Excellent verbal & written communication.
- Efficient, organised and task-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks & projects at once.
- A positive, problem-solving attitude.
