Brand & Digital Campaigns Lead in Melbourne

Kinetic is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Digital Communications & Marketing Specialist to join our External Communications team.

You will lead digital and marketing activity that strengthens the Kinetic brand, supports commercial priorities and improves engagement with customers and stakeholders.

From managing websites and social media channels to delivering targeted campaigns and improving digital performance, your expertise and ideas will make a visible impact in this varied role where no two days are the same.

• What you’ll be doing
• Manage and continuously improve Kinetic’s websites and digital channels across Australia and New Zealand.
• Develop outcomes-focused marketing strategies, campaigns, landing pages, forms and digital assets.
• Lead marketing and brand, recruitment and charter service campaigns.
• Provide marketing support to Sky Bus in Australia.
• Manage website performance, security, accessibility, SEO, analytics and reporting.
• Oversee access to and governance of Kinetic’s digital assets.
• Troubleshoot digital channel issues and support the integration of acquired transport businesses’ digital assets.
• What you’ll bring

You combine strong digital knowledge with creativity, commercial thinking and a results focus. You will also bring:

• A qualification or equivalent experience in digital communications, marketing or a related discipline.
• Experience managing websites, content management systems and social media channels.
• Experience leading, coordinating or supporting effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• A sound understanding of SEO, web accessibility, analytics and performance reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work.
• A proactive approach and the confidence to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
