Kinetic is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead training across Victoria and Tasmania, managing a team of Trainers and delivering high-quality, compliant learning programs to build workforce capability.
Based mainly at Fitzroy North and Doncaster depots, the role requires travel to other depots as needed to support regional training. You will drive continuous improvement in how we train, develop and support our people.
