We are seeking a Yard Tug Operator to join our team at our Epping Cold Storage Facility. As a Yard Tug Operator, you will play a key role in the efficient movement of containers across the site. Your main responsibility will be operating the yard tug to position trailers in and out of the loading dock, ensuring smooth and safe operations.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven experience with yard tugs or truck driving
- A Heavy Combination (HC) licence is highly regarded but not essential
- Strong backing skills and confidence maneuvering trailers
- A high level of attention to detail
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to work in cold environments
- Unlimited working rights within Australia
- A drivers licence and reliable vehicle or own transport
REMUNERATION: Rate differs according to shift times/days. $38.00 per hour
ROSTER: Monday to Friday, afternoon shift 2pm-10pm
