Kilcomer Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of civil construction projects nationally. Reporting to the Construction/Project Director, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on program, within budget and to the required quality standards while leading site teams from the office.
This hands-on leadership role requires strong resourcing, budgeting and client relationship skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites and complex projects.
