What You'll Do
Teach swimming lessons to children aged from infants to 5 years of age,
Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during lessons.
Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for children to learn.
Communicate progress and feedback to parents.
What You'll Bring
Certified swim instructor or equivalent experience.
Experience working with young children.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to ensure safety protocols are followed.
A certificate III in early childhood is highly desirable
Foster meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues
Create safe, inclusive and welcoming learning environments
Work collaboratively to uphold quality standards and centre goals
Participate in continuous improvement and professional development
