Capers Early Learning Bald Hills is looking for an ECT & Cert III Educators to join our growing dynamic team. Located conveniently 200m from a main public transport hub - Bald Hills Train & Bus Stop.
Key responsibilities
Provide nurturing care for children
Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children
Monitor children's engagement and learning progress to assess individual needs
Evaluate effectiveness of different programs
Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning environment
Assist children with personal hygiene routines
About you
Cert III in Early Childhood Education & Care
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Current Working with Children Check
Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework
Effective interpersonal skills with parents and other Educators
Comfortability in a collaborative teaching environment
