Kids Bizz Pty Ltd is seeking a Director/Nominated Supervisor for Tin Can Bay to lead a team, foster strong family and community connections, and ensure high-quality early childhood education. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor/Diploma in ECE or equivalent, have centre-director experience, and demonstrate outstanding communication and leadership skills.
You will manage day-to-day operations, rostering, ratios, QIP and regulatory requirements, while applying your knowledge of EYLF, NQF.
