Infrastructure Platform Engineer | KFC# Infrastructure Platform EngineerKFC Head Office## Job Description* Take technical ownership of business-critical infrastructure platforms supporting almost 900 restaurants* Work across endpoint management, compute, cloud, observability, virtualisation and resilience* Drive platform reliability, automation and continuous improvementAt KFC, our technology infrastructure keeps almost 900 restaurants across Australia connected and running smoothly.We’re looking for an experienced **Infrastructure Platform Engineer** to take hands-on technical ownership of several business-critical platforms, ensuring they remain reliable, scalable, secure and fit for the future.Working across endpoint management, Windows environments, compute, cloud, virtualisation and observability, you’ll combine strong technical expertise with problem-solving, automation and continuous improvement.If you enjoy getting into the technical detail, solving complex infrastructure challenges and taking genuine ownership of the platforms you support, we’d love to hear from you!**HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS OUR INFRASTRUCTURE PLATFORM ENGINEER**On any given day you'll:* Take end-to-end technical ownership of business-critical infrastructure platforms, ensuring their performance, reliability and ongoing improvement* Manage and optimise endpoint, Windows SOE and back-of-house compute environments supporting our national restaurant network* Monitor platform health and performance, using observability tools to proactively identify and resolve issues* Support backup and recovery, remote access and device management capabilities to strengthen platform resilience* Drive technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis and continuous improvement across the infrastructure environment* Identify opportunities to use automation and AI to improve reliability, efficiency and operational outcomes* Partner with internal technology teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical challenges and deliver platform enhancements* Maintain strong technical governance, documentation and operational standards across your platforms**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**We’re looking for an infrastructure professional with strong technical foundations who enjoys staying close to the technology while taking ownership for platform performance.Ideally you'll bring:* 5+ years' experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering or a similar hands-on technical role.* Strong experience in Windows infrastructure, with exposure to endpoint management, SOE and compute environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
