If you're highly organised, enjoy coordinating multiple priorities, building relationships and supporting operational teams to succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of retirement communities, collaborate with village and support office teams, and make a meaningful contribution to the wellbeing of our residents and our team members.

As a Regional Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting the effective operation of resorts and villages across your region.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to

  • Providing administrative and operational support to the Regional Operations Manager/s.
  • Coordinating and completing regional projects and initiatives within agreed timeframes.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, communications and business updates.
  • Supporting regional planning activities, including tracking actions, objectives and key priorities.
  • Coordinating meetings, workshops and training sessions, including arranging venues, travel, catering and agendas.
  • Managing regional correspondence, enquiries and requests from village teams.
  • Supporting employee engagement, village events and community activities across the region.
  • Assisting with budget tracking, expense management and administrative processes.
  • Building strong working relationships with resort and village teams and key stakeholders across the business.
  • Supporting compliance, governance and operational reporting requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, administration and operational efficiency.
  • Providing general support and assistance to resorts and villages as required, including travel throughout NSW/ACT as required.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can confidently engage with a wide range of stakeholders and takes pride in delivering high-quality support.

To be successful, you'll have

  • Previous experience in administration, coordination, operations support or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Explore and champion opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, streamline processes and enhance team outcomes.
  • Willing to work from one of our resorts and/or villages once per week.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Financial and business acumen, including the ability to assist with reporting and budget-related administration.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience preparing reports, presentations and business communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Teams.
  • Experience using business systems such as D365, Salesforce and Power BI (highly regarded).
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support team success.
  • The ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team member.
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel throughout the region as required.
