You will focus on general grounds upkeep and assist with maintenance tasks, contributing to safe, welcoming spaces for residents, staff and visitors. Approximately 70% grounds, 30% maintenance; operate equipment, perform minor repairs, monitor safety, and drive the village bus when needed. A current First Aid certificate and ability to work independently are preferred.
