Implementation Associate in Sydney

Keystone Wealth is looking for a detail-focused Implementation Associate to coordinate the delivery of financial advice strategies. Reporting to the Implementation Team Leader, you will work with advisers, product providers and internal teams to ensure client instructions are carried out accurately, efficiently and in line with requirements.

What you will do:

• Coordinate implementation of approved advice across superannuation, investments, insurance and retirement planning.
• Check advice documents and client instructions are actioned accurately and within agreed service standards.
• Use Keystone’s approved systems, platforms and workflows to support advice implementation.
• Respond to post-advice queries from advisers, providers and internal stakeholders.
• Help resolve implementation questions, delays and client issues, escalating matters when required.
• Maintain advice documentation and records in line with compliance standards.
• Identify and promptly report errors, breaches, complaints, delays and operational risks.
• Manage client and company information in line with privacy, confidentiality and data security requirements.
• Coordinate fee consent project activities when required, including client communications and accurate record keeping.

What you will bring:

• Practical Xplan experience is essential.
• A careful, organised approach and strong attention to detail, combined with practical implementation experience in financial services.
• The ability to manage multiple implementation tasks and meet agreed timeframes.
• Clear, professional communication skills and confidence working with advisers, providers and colleagues.
• A commitment to accurate record keeping, privacy and compliance.
• Confidence using business systems, platforms and structured workflows.

Mandatory requirements:

• Full and unrestricted work rights in Australia.
• Australian tax residency.
• Ability to satisfactorily complete police and bankruptcy checks.
