We are looking for a Telehealth Speech Pathologist to join our wonderful team. This unique opportunity allows you to work remotely while supporting and making a difference in the lives of children and families in rural Australia through Telehealth.
You will collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team, including Key Workers and Allied Health Assistants, to provide comprehensive care and interventions. This role involves a paediatric client caseload and requires a minimum of 3 years experience.

Responsibilities include:
- Deliver high-quality speech therapy services via Telehealth platforms.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients referred to the service.
- Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate client’s progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities.
- Educate and empower parents and caregivers about their child's therapy goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current registration and licensure as a Speech Pathologist in Australia.
- Strong knowledge of Speech Pathology theories and practices.
- Familiarity with Telehealth platforms and technology.
- Excellent communication skills to engage children and their families remotely.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience working with paediatric populations, preferably in a rural or remote setting.
