We are currently recruiting both experienced and first-time Bus Drivers for our Brookvale and Mona Vale depots and offers a sign and stay bonus of up to $3,000.
What we offer:
Full-time employment opportunities based at Brookvale or Mona Vale on Sydney’s beautiful Northern Beaches.
Earn approximately $80,000 gross per year + superannuation, based on rostered hours and applicable penalty rates.
Paid orientation followed by a comprehensive training program of approximately 3–4 weeks.
Reimbursement of eligible pre-employment verification costs upon successful application and commencement.
Split shifts with a break in the middle of the day to do the things you love like head to the beautiful local beaches, enjoy some local cafes, exercise, and much more to support work-life balance, along with opportunities to increase your earnings through overtime.
Additional shift loadings depending on operational hours, including split shifts, afternoons, evenings and Saturdays.
Opportunity to obtain an accredited Certificate III in Bus Driving through a two-year traineeship while working.
Opportunity to upgrade your driver's licence to a Heavy Rigid (HR) licence, paid fully by KEOLIS (valued at $1,150).

What we're looking for
We welcome applications from experienced drivers and those looking to start a new career in the bus industry who are looking to relocate to Sydney for a long term career opportunity for secure and stable employment.
To be considered, you will need to:
Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen or hold a valid visa with full working rights in Australia.
Have held an unrestricted Australian driver's licence for at least 12 months and be willing to obtain a Heavy Rigid (HR) licence.
Be willing to complete the required pre-employment checks and provide:
Full driving record.
Working With Children Check (paid employment category, not volunteer).
Criminal history check.
Employment references.
Pre-employment medical assessment in accordance with Transport for NSW requirements.
HR driving knowledge test and HR logbook.
Have good communication and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering an exceptional passenger experience.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safe driving practices.
Be available to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
