The Opportunity
We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Plaintiff Personal Injury team in Toowoomba, supporting a diverse range of matters. including:
- WorkCover claims
- Motor vehicle claims
- Superannuation and Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) claims
- Personal Injuries Proceedings Act (PIPA) claims Public Liability Claims
You’ll be joining a team that includes a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Personal Injuries. giving you the opportunity to work alongside and learn from an experienced practitioners while developing your own knowledge and capability.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys the detail and responsibility that comes with paralegal work, but also understands the very human side of Personal Injury matters. Our clients are often navigating difficult and distressing circumstances, so compassion, communication and a genuine desire to help are just as important as being organised and technically capable.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to speak with career paralegals or experienced legal support professionals who have worked in Personal Injury or litigation area of law within a firm.
You’ll bring:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a confident and professional telephone manner
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
- Confidence working autonomously while still contributing as part of a team
