The Opportunity: Working closely with experienced Account Managers and Account Executives, you'll play a key role in supporting the management of commercial insurance portfolios while developing your own broking capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting with the management of commercial and mid-market client accounts.
- Preparing quotations, renewals, endorsements and policy documentation.
- Liaising with insurers to obtain terms and negotiate policy placements.
- Responding to client enquiries and delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Supporting senior brokers with day-to-day account management activities.
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.
- Developing your technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial insurance products.
About You
- Previous experience in insurance broking, underwriting, claims or a similar insurance support role.
- A genuine interest in building a career in commercial insurance broking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualifications (or a willingness to obtain them) will be highly regarded.
