Ken Mills Toyota is looking for a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team at Maroochydore.
As a proudly family-owned dealership with over 100 team members across two Sunshine Coast locations, we're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. We believe collecting a new vehicle should be just as exciting as buying one, and we're looking for someone who can make every handover special.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinating and scheduling new and used vehicle deliveries, ensuring every detail is organised ahead of time
- Preparing vehicles for delivery and ensuring they meet our presentation standards
- Conducting engaging, informative and personalised vehicle handovers
- Helping customers understand their new vehicle's features, technology and capabilities
- Managing customer expectations and ensuring a smooth transition into vehicle ownership
- Working closely with our New Car Sales, Used Car Sales and Service teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Following up with customers to ensure they're confident and happy with their new vehicle
About You:
- You're passionate about customer service and creating exceptional experiences
- You're a natural communicator who enjoys building rapport with people
- You're highly organised, proactive and have great attention to detail
- You're confident learning about vehicles, technology and new features
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities
- You're bringing a positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm to everything you do
- Previous automotive or customer service experience will be highly regarded
