We're partnering with a highly regarded team of Financial Advisers who operate as a boutique business within a well-established investment firm. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Financial Planning Assistant to join their close-knit Sydney team.

Working alongside award-winning Senior Wealth Advisers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience for a loyal portfolio of High Net Worth clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the advice process from preparation through to implementation.
- Preparing applications for super, SMSF, trusts and investment platforms.
- Processing listed and unlisted investment transactions.
- Managing client files and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinating meetings and preparing documentation for new and existing clients.
- Building strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional administrative support.
About you:
- Experience in wealth management, ideally within adviser support or client services with account opening / client onboarding experience.
- Financial planning practice experience is preferred, though candidates from investment platforms or adviser service providers are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail with a proactive, client-focused approach.
