Malvern Panalytical is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to be based in Sydney. The role involves installation, commissioning, calibration and preventative maintenance on XRF, XRD, and SPE instruments, with up to 80% travel across Australia and internationally (NZ, PNG, New Caledonia).
You will be the key customer-facing representative, performing on-site maintenance, promoting services, and responding to breakdown calls while working a Monday–Friday pattern with nights away and some weekends.
