Sales & Warehouse All-Rounder / Delivery Driver
KClean supplies commercial cleaning products and workplace essentials.
We're looking for a motivated, hands-on all-rounder to look after sales, warehouse operations, customer orders, invoicing and deliveries.
The planned week includes three days focused on sales and customer management and two days on deliveries, with orders, invoicing, warehouse and cleaning duties managed throughout the week.
Key responsibilities
- Find new customers through door-to-door business visits and outbound calls
- Build relationships with existing clients and secure repeat orders
- Prepare quotes, follow up enquiries and close sales
- Maintain customer records and manage client communications
- Manage customer orders from enquiry through to delivery
- Prepare and send invoices, order confirmations and delivery paperwork to clients
- Check customer details, pricing and order quantities for accuracy
- Respond to invoice enquiries, send statements and follow up outstanding payments
- Receive, check and put away incoming stock
- Pick, pack and check customer orders
About you
- Confident approaching businesses and winning new customers
- Experience in sales, customer service, warehouse operations or a similar varied role
- Comfortable using computers and learning order, invoicing and inventory systems
- Organised, accurate and consistent with follow-ups
- Reliable, self-motivated and willing to take ownership of daily tasks
- Current driver's licence suitable for the delivery vehicle
- Able to safely handle stock and complete deliveries
- Cleaning supplies experience is an advantage
- $80,000 to $85,000 annual package including superannuation
- Laptop and phone provided
- A varied, full-time role with responsibility and independence
