As an Underground Shift Supervisor, you'll lead crews underground, drive safe production, and keep operations running at the highest standard. You'll be responsible for frontline leadership, operational performance, and ensuring every shift finishes safely and productively. If you’re a proven supervisor who leads by example and knows how to get the best from a crew, we want to hear from you.
What You Bring
- S26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate (Essential)
- Proven experience as an Underground Shift Supervisor
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large crews
- Solid understanding of underground mining operations and safety legislation
- Manual C Class Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
