Title: Civil Superintendent The Opportunity
As Construction Site Superintendent, you will lead and coordinate multiple contractors and stakeholders across a complex project environment. You will oversee construction execution across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and infrastructure work scopes, ensuring safe delivery while driving productivity and quality outcomes. You will also support mechanical completion and project handover activities, contributing to the successful delivery of a nationally significant resource project.
Who Are You?
You are a highly experienced site leader with a strong construction background and proven success delivering major capital projects. You thrive in complex, multi-contractor environments and are known for your safety leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to resolve challenges in the field.
You will bring:
- Trade qualification or equivalent construction industry background
- 10+ years' experience in Superintendent, Senior Supervisor or similar site leadership roles
- Experience working within EPCM project environments
- Strong understanding of construction execution, contractor management and quality compliance
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
- Mining, minerals processing or major resource project experience highly regarded
