Kaz Conveyancingis growing. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Conveyancerto join our high-performing, supportive team in the heart of theSydney CBD.
In thisfull-time, permanentrole, you’ll work alongside a dynamic team of solicitors and administration professionals, supporting clients with conveyancing matters. Key Responsibilities
- Review and draft contracts and documents
- Provide advice to clients and onboard new conveyancing matters
- Facilitate exchanges and complete settlements via PEXA
- Conduct property searches and ID verification via InfoTrack
- Review settlement figures and liaise with clients, banks, brokers, and agents
- Draft and review commercial and retail leases
- Manage inbound and outbound client communication
- Maintain high standards of client care throughout the process
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in conveyancing
- Proficiency in PEXA is essential
- Sound knowledge of property law and processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Committed to providing a high level of client service
