Pick Packer & Warehouse Assistant (3-Month Full-Time Contract) | Fashion Brand | Kensington
About Us
Morgan & Taylor is one of Australia's go-to fashion accessories brands — and we're growing fast. With a thriving eCommerce store and strong wholesale network, we ship stylish, high-quality products to customers across Australia and beyond. Behind every great delivery is a great warehouse team, and that's where you come in.
About the Role
Based at our Kensington warehouse, this is a hands-on, full-time role at the heart of our operations, offered on a 3-month fixed-term contract with the potential to join the team permanently afterwards. You'll be picking, packing, and dispatching orders for both our online and wholesale customers — accurately, efficiently, and with care. No two days are exactly the same, and your work directly impacts the customer experience.

- Processing customer returns quickly and correctly
- Keeping stock locations tidy and inventory records accurate
- Coordinating with courier and dispatch partners
- Helping out with order-related customer queries when needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience in pick packing, warehousing, or dispatch — helpful but not essential
- Sharp attention to detail and a knack for working at pace
- Good communication and a positive, team-first attitude
- Basic to intermediate computer skills; Excel is a bonus
- Familiarity with Shopify or Starshipit is a plus
- Someone keen to learn and grow with the business
- Available for the full 3-month contract period
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required
What's In It for You
- Join a fun, supportive team at a brand that's genuinely on the rise
- Build real skills in eCommerce fulfillment and warehouse operations
- No forklift license needed — we'll get you up to speed on everything you need
- On-site parking at our Kensington location
- A 3-month contract with genuine potential to join the team permanently based on performance and business needs
