We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Showroom Design Consultant to join our Knoxfield showroom and help customers find the perfect flooring solution for their home or project.
What you'll be doing:
- Help customers explore flooring styles, colours and finishes
- Build genuine relationships and provide personalised design advice
- Develop strong product knowledge across our extensive ranges
- Support the presentation and day-to-day running of the showroom
- Deliver an exceptional Karndean customer experience
We're looking for someone who is passionate, authentic and motivated, with a natural ability to connect with people and an interest in interior design.
The hours: Monday to Friday, 10am-3pm, with flexibility to swap a weekday for an occasional Saturday when required.
Who you are:
- Experience in retail, consultancy or sales, ideally within interiors, homewares, building products or a similar environment
- A genuine passion for interior design, premium products and beautiful spaces
- A strong eye for style, trends and detail, with a creative spark and curiosity
- A natural ability to connect with people and build genuine customer relationships
- A commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Confidence using Computers (Microsoft Office and CRM systems; Dynamics 365 experience is desirable)
- Previous experience with luxury or premium brands is a bonus
- Flexibility to provide occasional cover for sick days, annual leave and additional hours when required
