We are looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Medical Administrator to join our growing team.
Medical Administration – Radiology
About the Role
This is a rewarding front-line position where you will play a key role in creating a seamless experience for both patients and referrers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting patients with professionalism and care
- Managing bookings and appointment scheduling
- Processing referrals and ensuring accurate data entry
- Handling Medicare billing, bulk billing, and patient payments
- Liaising with referrers and supporting clinical staff
- Managing phone and email enquiries
- Supporting the day-to-day flow of the clinic
About You
You are someone who thrives in a busy environment and genuinely cares about people.
We’re looking for:
- Previous experience in medical administration (radiology experience highly regarded)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Experience with medical software (e.g. RIS/PACS, Medicare, Healthlink) is desirable
