We're looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to run paid social across our internal brands. You'll know what's working, what isn't and what we should try next. You won't design the ads yourself, but you'll come up with ideas with the team and tell our designers and content creators what we need.
What you'll do:
- Plan, launch and optimise Meta campaigns across several brands
- Test new Meta formats and features - we are looking for someone who's up to date with new techniques and algorithm, but also not scared to try new things!
- Grow spend while keeping cost per lead where it needs to be
- Brief new ad ideas and use the results to decide what to test next
- Set up and look after the pixel, Conversions API and event tracking
- Report on spend, lead quality and return
- Work with the sales team to get better quality leads
About you:
- You've managed Meta budgets of $200k+ per month
- You know what makes a good ad and can explain it to others
- You're confident with tracking, attribution and data, and can work out what's gone wrong when numbers drop
- You care about results and own them
- You can start straight away (preferred)
Nice to have:
- Experience in finance, lending or lead generation
- Experience with Google Ads or TikTok Ads is a plus but not required
- Experience linking ad data to a CRM and sales results
