- Deployment using manual and Automation Tools

- Write and maintain shell scripts for automating team's daily work.
- Handling calls and meetings with clients related to Technical issues
- Working on Jira and ServiceNow tickets
- Preparing documentation for Installation guide, release notes and application migration guide.
- Mentoring new team members through shadowing
- Providing supports for various application-level issues as and when issue comes
